Kimberly will send through the Seller’s Disclosure to your clients. Be sure and supply her with the correct name and email.
Please note: Seller’s Disclosure will need to be sent separately through Docusign.
COOPERATION AND COMPENSATION OF COOPERATING BROKERS
Cooperation and compensation are in the Seller’s best interest. It is the policy of this company to offer at least ½ of the total fee to a coop broker. You may not keep a higher % for yourself than the amount you are offering in MLS to the other agent.

Information About Brokerage Services
Listings will be entered into Ntreis for you as well as pictures and 360 virtual tour. It is the agents job to go into Ntreis and write the listing description. You are also required to change the status of the listing when it goes to active option and then pending. Kimberly will close out the listing when closed.

- Call Ann to set up appointment time at the home for marketing shoot – Please allow 3 days after shooting to list the house in the MLS.
ACR – Ann Carr Realtors® provides 360 Virtual Tours on every listing. This technology can be used to view properties abroad or in remote, rural locations. Buyers can click on bedrooms, the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. to give them a clear, 3D view of each room giving your property more exposure.

Every listing will have an individual webpage link so that you may share with sellers as well as any prospective buyers.
