Make Your Listing Stand Out with 31 Twenty-Seven Design.  Buyers often look at multiple listings at once, it is critical that you make your property stand out. That’s where 31 Twenty-Seven Design comes into play. By helping buyers stage their home, you can decrease time on the market and increase the sales price, all the while helping capture the heart of  buyers. 3127 Design

As part of the listing package, all occupied homes will be offered a staging visit from 31 Twenty-Seven Design that ACR will pay for up front and will be paid back by the agent at closing on the CDA. If the house does not close, the agent will not reimburse ACR for that cost. If an agent would like to offer buyers a consult with 31 Twenty-Seven Design as a closing service, ACR will pay for ½ and the agent will pay for the other ½.

COOPERATION AND COMPENSATION OF COOPERATING BROKERS

Cooperation and compensation are in the Seller’s best interest. It is the policy of this company to offer at least ½ of the total fee to a coop broker. You may not keep a higher % for yourself than the amount you are offering in MLS to the other agent.
